Diamond D Ranch and Cross Hairs Long Range Shooting School’s Mike Perkins have partnered to provide a shooting experience like no other.Students will be exclusive guests at the Diamond D Ranch in the Frank Church Wilderness Area and will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best: Mike Perkins, sniper and sniper instructor with over three decades of experience. Mike has developed a class for hunters that willprovide them with the tools and skills to shoot better so they can ethically take game at longer ranges and make clean, one-shot kills.
2 Days of shooting and 3 Nights stay at the exclusive Diamond D Ranch in Idaho
Learn fundamentals and principals required for long range shooting
Learn how to read and compensate for environmental conditions, including wind
Shoot from realistic shooting positions, including extreme angles, all in true hunting setting
Engage steel targets from 100 to 1000+ yards for the Hunting Class
Engage steel targets out to 2000+ yards for the Extended Long Range (ELR) Class
Tuition includes 3 nights stay, all meals and ranch amenities.
2025 Class Schedule:
• May 30 – May 31: Hunting Class (max enrollment 14) – Targets out to 1000+ yds
o Arrive Thursday May 29 and Depart Sunday June 1
• June 2 – June 3: Hunting Class (max enrollment 14) – Targets out to 1000+ yds
o Arrive Sunday June 1 and Depart Wednesday June 4
• June 5 – June 6: ELR Class (max enrollment 12) – Targets out to 2000+ yds
o Arrive Wednesday June 4 and Depart Saturday June 7
• Sept 5 – Sept 6: Hunting Class (max enrollment 14) – Targets out to 1000+ yards
o Arrive Thursday Sept 4 and Depart Sunday Sept 7
** All classes are 2 days, with 3 nights stay.

Accommodations: Diamond D All-Inclusive (inquire about rates for additional, non-shooting guests)
$1650 per student ($825 deposit due at booking, remaining balance due 60 days prior to class)
Hunting Class Equipment: Rifle, Bipod/Shooting Sticks, Binoculars/Spotting Scope, Range Finder capable of 1000 yards, Shooting App and/or Kestrel with Ballistics Software, Round Count: 80 to 100
ELR Class Equipment: Rifle (recommend 300 Win Mag or larger), Bipod, Shooting Mat, Range Finder capable of 2000+ yards, Spotting Scope, Shooting App and/or Kestrel with Ballistics Software, Round Count: 60 to 80
